I'm a certified nutrition coach and personal trainer through the National Association of Sports Medicine (NASM), so science and not the latest fads are what every plan is based on. I believe that every person is unique, and so every person needs a plan unique to them. I also know that if you aren't eating foods that you love and enjoy, then you will not stick to a plan and see the results you want."
