Our program adds structure and order to your current diet. Most people need to focus on adding the right things to your diet, not subtracting. This means that you can still eat what you like! In fact we believe that it is important that you enjoy and love what you eat! Our programs are individual so that means we will come up with a plan that fits you!

ORDER AND STRUCTURE

Why is order and structure important? Our goal in nutrition should be getting our body the nutrients it needs, while also enjoying our food. This should be normal eating. Too many folks either focus too much on one or the other. Disordered eating often has folks dealing with too many negative feelings about food. They may or may not know what nutrients they need but they have labeled food as good and bad and can have big emotional swings around food. Others, seem to have no idea what nutrients they need and they just eat what is near, what is easy and what sounds good in the moment.

Ordered eating allows you to get the nutrients your body needs and also make sure you are eating the foods that you really enjoy and love, not just what is easy and fast. Our goal is to always work our way out of a job, by teaching you what you need to know, creating structure that you can continue to follow. Our program is about life change that will lead to long term and lasting transformations.
